Shipping & Return
Inaccurate or defective items:
If you received an incorrect or defective item, we will arrange for an exchange. All you need to do is:
- Email email@example.com or WhatsApp us at 8892 2067 within 3 days of the date you've received the item with the order number and picture(s) of the item
- Items returned must be in their original condition and packaging. Do check the product before you unwrap and use it. We are unable to assist if we cannot verify that the product is unused.
Do note that if we inspect the product and notice that its packaging has been damaged or tampered with by the customer, exchanges/returns/refunds will not be offered.
The following are not eligible for returns/exchange(s).
- You are returning the items just because you changed your mind (on quantity, product etc.)
- The products are damaged due to your mishandling
- Packaging with dents or crease that may have been made while shipping
- Product that is not suitable for you
If there is a missing item from your order.
- Drop us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org or Whatsapp us 8892 2067 within 1 day of delivery.
- Please keep all contents of the original package including packaging material (boxes, plastic bags etc.) with you until you are instructed otherwise.
Please note that we may not be able to process the refund for your missing item if you lose or damage any packaging material.
※ For any defective or wrongly shipped items the shipping fees will be borne by Miyeppeo.
- You may request for a Cancel and Refund anytime prior to order fulfilment
- Any orders that has been fulfilled are unable to be cancelled and refunded as the order has been picked up by our courier and is on the way to you
Please be advised that a refund can only be sent to the original payment method and it takes up to 10 business days to be credited back to customer. Alternatively, we can also send you a discount code of the same value. (Faster Option)
