We ship to Malaysia, Japan, Hong Kong, Taiwan, Indonesia, the Philippines and the United States. If we didn't include your country, you could either click the Whatsapp logo on the bottom right or email to contact us!

We offer free standard shipping for all SG orders of $75 or more. For orders below $75, a flat delivery fee of $3.90 applies. 

We take 1-2 business days to process your order (send in your order to the distribution centre for packing and courier pick up). Upon dispatch, you will receive a tracking link text message from Easyparcel that says "EP: Your order from Howely/Miyeppeo is ready" and can expect delivery within 1-3 working days (between 9am to 10pm). However, during peak periods, it may take longer.

All orders require 1-2 business days for fulfillment before shipping out.

Please note that business days do not include weekends or holidays.

For urgent orders, please WhatsApp us at 8892 2067 or email us at, and we can better advise. For express delivery, we will charge accordingly on the distance covered for the delivery.

Our standard courier partners operate Mondays to Saturdays, between 10am to 6pm. The delivery man will attempt 3 redeliveries before the parcel gets returned. Contact them directly or chat with us if you have issues receiving the package.

Please understand that a delivery charge applies for us to arrange another delivery.

Once we have sent out the package, we may not be able to make changes to delivery information even if there's a mistake in the delivery address due to the limitations on the courier's end. Hence, do check the information you provide before submitting your order. We are not responsible for lost packages or failed delivery due to wrong information provided.
